A great timing for an Iranian-American romance 😅😅😅. Thought that was Jenny Slate in the thumbnail. Came here for Mr Darcy. THE MUSIC. THE TITLE CARD. AAAAAAAA. Oh my gosh her little accent. how talented. Is no one going to mention how haunting the shot of the girl with the rotten teeth is? It made my stomach sink. Thoroughly enjoyed the book and looking forward to the movie. Is it just me or. does she look like Luna Lovegood? And her whole personality is exactly like the character Luna 🙈. Oh my this looks really good. The cast is amazing. Some of our ShareFile users manage public email addresses for the professionals they assist. In Outlook they receive and send emails using multiple email addresses. However, when they attempt to send ShareFile attachments from a different email address (using the "From" field in Outlook) the ShareFile plugin seems to ignore the address they selected in "from" and it sends the email through Outlook's primary email account (i. e., the assistant's. This results in some embarrassing situations where, in the middle of an email chain between a professional and their client, ShareFile sends an email through the assistant's email account. What can be done to enable the plugin to respect Outlook's feature to choose the "from" email address on an outgoing email? We don't mind if the attachments get uploaded to the assistant's ShareFile account, but the email with the download links should come "from" whatever email address the user chooses.

If I watch people I would go out in the inner city. I use it kind of like Dropbox, as a place to securely store clients' tax files and tax returns. I love that I can easily invite clients to set up an account and grant them access to just their specific folder. It is wonderful that it is both cloud-based and desktop-based, like Dropbox and they auto-sync generally pretty seamlessly. This works great for being able to password protect sensitive documents, UNLIKE Dropbox. Secure storage Ease of use for clients Plenty of storage space Unlimited client users Email templates The "Note" feature in the cloud-based version does not show up in the desktop version Expensive for more than one firm-level user This has been the perfect, affordable solution for my one-person business. However, if I had additional employees, I don't know that this is the tool that I would use. It gets very expensive to have multiple firm-level users. My clients have generally been able to use it without trouble, which is a huge plus. It seems to be widely accepted by the accounting community, so I feel that it is trustworthy from a sensitive data standpoint. Read Stephanie Majeran's full review Director of Account Services Enliven, LLC Food & Beverages, 11-50 employees We are a remote team that uses Citrix ShareFile as our "filing cabinet" for all our documents and shared client work. We also use it as a storehouse for our internal training, marketing, and other commonly used documents. Great security features when sharing folders or files. Works offline and allows for collaboration on documents. Easy to organize folder structures. We have had some issues transitioning from Dropbox with syncing errors or corrupt files. Not as smooth as expected. Some files only work on a web browser instead of desktop app (support is easy and helpful, but still this has been an issue and time drain. Citrix ShareFile is a secure file storing and sharing solution for a small, remote team like ours. It has the functionality and security that larger clients and companies need while still being an affordable solution. If sharing folders and files with clients in a secure manner while also securely storing internal documents is a need, this solution hits the mark. Read Heather Neisen's full review Verified User Technician in Information Technology Information Technology and Services Company, 11-50 employees We use ShareFile as global warehousing and share for internal files regarding active company projects and archival information that may be needed at a later time. Being that it can be accessed from anywhere, and we have staff in three states it is a quick and easy solution for sharing files and projects across all of our teams. Seamless sharing of files. Ease of access. Easy to maintain and setup user-level access. The interface and functionality on both apps and the drive mapper could use improvements, occasional disconnected or oddities with all three. Nothing that is a deal-breaker for us, however. For our company with our remote workers and sales staff constantly on the go away from the office, it's a perfect, easy, and secure way to easily get signed contracts or quotes back to HQ for ordering. We are lucky that we are in an area where quality high-speed connections are available. If we were on a lower speed connection or had poorer connections available traditional methods would be far more suited. Read this authenticated review Project Engineer Okland Construction Construction, 501-1000 employees We use ShareFile for all of our field teams to be able to easily access the project documents while they are on site throughout our area of operations. Using ShareFile has helped our "out of the office groups" have access to all their necessary project documents while having them backed up, all without having to wait for long download times from remote servers. It also allowed our teams to share pertinent information with our subcontractors as needed while still keeping them safe from tampering. I think that one of ShareFile's greatest strengths is its ease of use. With the outlook plug-in sharing large documents is so quick and easy. I also like the security and control that is provided for who can access the documents and tracking the changes within them. I think it does well at protecting information that leaves the company. I also think the website is well organized and easy to use. It was very easy for us to implement and train our employees on the proper use of the website and software. One of the downsides that I noticed was that there is no document lockout tool so if multiple users were to access and edit a file at the same time there is potential for version errors. Strong internet coverage is required. Without good internet, accessing files and syncing them to the cloud could be difficult. The price can be a bit high especially for the smaller businesses but you do get the support that is not available for free cloud services like Google Drive. Industry-tailored workflows: ShareFile has 10 key industries and the workflow will match that industry. For example: for accounting, the app will display options for clients to sign documents, which cuts out on them having to post or fax documents. I think it is not as good for small businesses especially if you have part-time employees as paying for their access as well can add up quickly for overall costs. Read christian Maxwell's full review Attorney/President Andrew C. Simpson, PC Legal Services, 1-10 employees Citrix ShareFile is used by my law firm to send and receive large-sized documents (over 5 megabytes. It offers the ability to securely send or receive the documents in an encrypted format. I particularly find that being able to offer a client the ability to send a large file without the client belonging to a file sharing service to be helpful. And my clients are comfortable knowing that the files are sent securely. I use ShareFile almost exclusively for sending or receiving documents. I recently had to share an entire litigation file, including dozens of photographs and videos, lengthy reports, etc. with another attorney. The ability to upload it to ShareFile and then send a download link to the other attorney made file sharing a snap. Clients who are not technically savvy love it when I tell them they can send a large file to me by simply clicking on the link in my email and following the simple instructions from there. There are a number of features of Citrix ShareFile that I will confess I do not use. It's collaborative feature (allowing people in different locations to work on the same files) appears robust. I just don't personally have a need for that very often. I'd love to be able to drag and drop an entire folder and subfolders to ShareFile so that I could easily share an entire file with the same file structure that I use. Perhaps that is possible and I haven't figured it out yet, but it does not seem to be an available feature. Ideal for getting large files from clients who are not technologically savvy. Perfect for sharing hundreds of documents with a single email. Read Andrew Simpson's full review Leasing Coordinator KS Partners Real Estate, 11-50 employees We utilize Citrix ShareFile mainly to share files across different firms. We are commercial real estate owners, and we need to work with floor plans every day. We work with architectural firms and brokerage firms that both need daily access to our floor plans, and we need a way for architects to provide us with our most up-to-date floor plans. This is a way for different firms to share files without us giving access to our servers. Secondarily, we use it for emailing large files or for maintaining some large marketing materials. Allows folks from different firms access to the same files in a secure fashion Provides a way to email extremely large files easily Easily synchs with my desktop I'd like to be able to group users and manage their permissions in one swoop I'd like to be able to scroll through images more easily Seamlessly sharing information with vendors is a high point. Citrix ShareFile is always introducing new features, including options to have electronic signatures gathered or to create workflows within a team. I do feel like the workflows are a secondary feature, but have honestly not implemented them at my firm, so can't truly speak to them. Read Jennifer Carrigan's full review Analista de sistema Expedia Leisure, Travel & Tourism, 10, 001+ employees The ShareFile is used internally in several departments of our company, mainly the sales and marketing since we have branches in different cities and we needed that the officials were able to work remotely in the same project. A safe form from the Citrix ShareFile fits perfectly into it, and with it, officials in different places can work together on the same project. ShareFile helped to cover the distance in a single detail. Security - When sending the file by email it could simply be shared externally outside the company, with sharefile you will no longer have this concern, you create a link to send the file and decide who has the permission to access it. Integration - You can easily integrate it with Outlook, or other Office 365 products, creating a very useful combination. Easy and fast implementation - After the purchase in a few minutes you will be using it, its implementation is easy and fast, you do not have to be an expert to configure it. Editing in the mobile app - it is a little limited, some tools have this custom, they deliver in the mobile application an adapted and limited version of the web / desktop version and the sharefile is fitting in this point The search function - is also somewhat limited, I had trouble finding some terms, I could have more filters Price - is a bit high, could be more competitive If you work on your own or work in teams with large numbers of people or work with people in different branches or locations that need to work together on one project, Citrix ShareFile will fit perfectly into it, it will "eliminate physical distance" by reducing your expenses with travel, tickets for company employees etc. Read Marcio Vizoli's full review Chief Information Officer Phoenix Ortho Computer Software, 11-50 employees We use Sharefile for several different functions. One of the most important is HIPAA compliant file reception from our customers which are medical clinics. It's easy to use and customers have never had an issue delivering things to us. One of the other important features is that it is easy to send large files to bypass email limits that are imposed by many IT departments. Ease of use. Support has been good but we have needed it rarely. Permissions and security have been good. The pricing seems fair but you might already have something that does a lot of the same things for much less money. Branding is not quite as easy as it could be but it's not too difficult. While security is good, but the way users are allocated is a little odd. Nothing too terrible but it could be improved a bit. Great if you are not using another cloud storage solution. Very easy for end users to use without needing hand-holding. Read Micah Jones's full review Chief Technology Officer/Director of IS Hattiesburg Clinic, PA Medical Practice, 1001-5000 employees ShareFile is used by a subset of our users. However, it is not restricted to any one department. Predominantly, ShareFile is used by those employees who need to access their data files wherever they might have internet access. We first began looking at ShareFile to provide a HIPAA compliant method of seamlessly accessing our documents and spreadsheets while at home or on the road. ShareFile provides seamless access to the data we work with on a daily basis while remaining HIPAA compliant. Because the data is hosted internally, there is no Business Associates Agreement (BAA) required. ShareFile makes it easy to share large data files with external entities. Any given file/folder can be shared via a simple link. Security can be enabled if desired. Notifications can be set up to let you know when the user has downloaded the file(s. ShareFile simplifies large file transfers without the need for a complicated SFTP server. End users can add external/internal users without requiring IT assistance. Not only can files be downloaded by an external group, but they can also be uploaded as well. And, at least in our licensing model, Citrix does not charge for the external user so there is no limit to the number of people we can share within a secure fashion. ShareFile could use some improvement where it comes to being able to edit your data on a mobile device. I've seen times where I've made small changes in a spreadsheet on an iPad only to find those changes were not maintained. On the positive side, I've never seen this issue when working with a Windows PC/laptop or any Mac/iMac products. Having a HIPAA compliant way to access the data you need to manage is critical, especially in the healthcare arena. Read Jerry Robinson's full review Owner Robert D. Roseman, P. C. Law Practice, 1-10 employees The entire organization uses ShareFile. It addresses three distinct organizational needs: The ability to share large files by link or by the document. The documents shared can be password protected. The ability to electronically sign documents and to send them to third parties for countersignature. Uploading files from your PC, server or cloud storage is smoothly accomplished. It is easy to set up documents for signature, date, and capacity. It integrates with Outlook to send large email attachments when the size is either too large for your program or the recipient's program. It can be difficult for me to find the list of ShareFile "sent documents" and to determine their status without opening the document. There is no limit as to the number of documents you can send for signature each month, unlike other document e-signing programs. Read Robert Roseman's full review Marketing Associate Groota Accounting, 11-50 employees We use ShareFile as a solution for all our storage both internal and external. It is really nice because clients can upload their documents directly to their files and we can share documents that are secured in various ways. I found it really effective and secure to send clients or their advisors a link to their files with an expiration date. This ensures we were security compliant and reduced the risk of cyber hacking. Being a secure portal for clients to upload their documents. It integrates with RightSignature. This streamlined our processes because we can send to RightSignature directly from ShareFile without having to download the file. It is a very secure platform with many ways to send files. We preferred the link version but you can also attach secure and send via email. It would be helpful if it would integrate with more software. The search feature could be improved. The filters are very limited. File history could also use some improvement. It is well suited in a scenario when files need to be shared internally and externally. The security features are relevant and easy to use. It is not well suited to use as personal storage. Downloading files is also simple. It's used to share files easily and quickly. ShareFile is a great place to transfer large files quickly, securely, and very easily. Before I used Citrix ShareFile, it was very annoying to have to email large files. I had to send large audio files via email. Even when they are compressed they are large. Also, we needed to keep track of who had access and see if it was opened. Citrix ShareFile did just that. All the files are uploaded to one place, and you can share a link to the people you want to have access to them. It really helps to know that when you share data, it is safe and it won't get into the wrong hands. It's secure. Knowing that it's safe gives you peace of mind. It's fast and quick. In a short time, you can share and transfer a large amount of data. ShareFile is very user-friendly. It's easy to use, not complicated at all. You can create a link to your file. You are able to organize the data in files to keep track of the new stuff you added. Would be nice if there was a quick and easy way to create a report of which files were opened and downloaded and by whom. Well suited any time you have large files and if you want to access them in one place. Also, it is great if you need to share with the same person multiple times. You can see your history and old files. Its layout makes it very user-friendly. If you have small files I don't see the value in using it over of email. The only advantage is that files are all in the same place. I found it very useful with large files and data, especially if you need to send it to many people. You can send them all one link and everyone downloads it themselves from the link. Read this authenticated review Email Marketing Analyst Positec Marketing and Advertising, 51-200 employees On the product side, we use ShareFile to upload documentation to support our physical products (i. e., web content, FAQs, dimensions, etc. for reference on our website. On the marketing side, we use ShareFile to upload imagery used for the website and for email campaigns. It's an easy way for us to collaborate on projects, annotate files, access those files anywhere, and keep a running log of what our marketing efforts are. I love that I can annotate directly on a file. For example, I can mark the area where I find some weird imagery or mark some content that I'd like to change. I can make annotations on the side for the designer to review. It's so easy to upload content, add recipients, create a workflow, review annotations, reply to annotations, upload new versions, and so on. The file system is like any other you'd expect so there is no learning curve. You can create folders and sub-folders (both personal and public) star items, share/request files, and more. It's so quick and easy to get started. Annotations, annotations, annotations. I love them, BUT there is this very annoying problem where, if I begin typing an annotation, someone else starting to type in an annotation will stop me (even though I started before them) from writing. It actually removes anything I wrote. You'd think this would have been caught early on, but it has been an issue for over a year and is very frustrating for me. Our workflows typically involve 4-5 people, but sometimes up to 10. When a workflow gets initiated and we get the notification email, many of us pop in there at the same time and fight over who is annotating what. When we have a doc that is 8+ pages long, it becomes highly time-consuming for this reason alone. Back to the annotations again, if there are many markups on a page, it is nearly impossible to figure out where the annotation belongs. For example, if there are 3 on one page, it's very easy to follow the line to the area the annotation belongs. But when you get conversations in the annotations (e. g. Change this to XXXX' and someone replies 'Would you prefer if YYYY were moved to replace XXXX. which naturally happens, and when those annotations stack up (such as in our product mailers that display 6 product images, titles, prices, SKUs, sub SKUs, content blurb) that takes up space FAST. You can't click an annotation and follow its track. You're left to figure it out on your own. There is no animation support for I don't know if this is intentional, impossible, or what. But we are moving more into graphics and it's impossible to see the animation within ShareFile. We also cannot annotate, so there's that. It is well-suited for most organizations that require approvals from multiple points of contact inside (and outside) an organization, for companies who need a cloud-based solution where they can store files and collaborate amongst teams to get that file to its optimal form. I don't think it would be well-suited for organizations that don't have an extensive approval process. There are other cloud-based file systems that can do this function for a lower price. The collaboration/approval aspect is a large component of it, so a small team that can quickly jump into a meeting to discuss something may not greatly benefit from this tool. ShareFile has a widget that you can use to build a form that can be placed on your website so that customers can upload files to your shared folders within ShareFile. If you need to change the widget you have to start over and create a new widget. It would be helpful if you could just edit the widget. It works very well for sending and receiving applications, sensitive documents or Excel lists. You have the ability to monitor when someone views, downloads, or uploads files. I also like how you can put a retention policy on files so they can be purged automatically after a set time period. Citrix ShareFile is being used by our organization to securely transfer engineering data from our engineers, project managers and estimators to our vendors and customers. Due to the potentially sensitive nature of CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) it is required for us to safeguard the information and know where it has been and where it went. First and foremost, it is simple to use. Within minutes of our purchase of ShareFile, we were up and running with our first user and client. Second, there are multiple ways to use and take advantage of ShareFile. There is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, a desktop app as well as Sync. All options are easily implemented and simple to navigate. Third, When thinking about simplicity and making it as seamless as possible for your end users, you can also set up ShareFile as a Drive Map that allows your users to take advantage of the Windows file system without dealing with synchronization of account content. There are so many advantages to this product, however, I feel that the simplicity and functionality are the main advantages. Citrix ShareFile tech support is amazing and they really (if you need help) answer all question extremely fast. In my experience with Citrix ShareFile, I have not found any significant CONs to report. Many people may have Drobox and other products. I would say that these products are not an apples-to-apples comparison. There are significantly different pricing structures between products, some of them being a little on the pricey side if you are a small business. I have heard of a few people having issues with browser compatibility, however, I have not. We have about 20 users that are using IE11 as well as Edge w/ Windows 10 Pro and we haven't experienced any issues at all. The only function/feature I would like to see improved is the audit reporting and logs. You have to go to each folder/individual to obtain the activity log/report and to me that is cumbersome. I would like to see a centralized audit log generation tool that categorizes the users and the folders and provides details needed. Well suited for people that need to transfer large files between people or businesses. We were using FTP & password (AES256) encrypted Zip files to transfer data, which is fine for an every now and then function but was becoming a hindrance to productivity. The communication between sender and recipient was slowing down the process of delivering and receiving the content due to providing the decryption password ShareFile, you simply set up the recipient as a client and they get a welcome email to create the account for seamless transfers. I can't think of any reason where it wouldn't be appropriate to use ShareFile other than it may be cost prohibitive for small businesses. My company found it very affordable when compared to other larger products in the industry. One of the great aspects of ShareFile is that you can add unlimited Clients as you only have to pay for per Employee use. These files are able to be saved on our server, but the second we leave the office the documents become inaccessible due to the server only reaching a certain distance. We use Sharefile to save the files we need when working from home or sharing within the office. The second way we use Sharefile is communicating with clients. Because most of our design files are so large, they are not able to be sent via email as an attachment. ShareFile allows us to send the files to the clients with little to no issues. The only issue that sometimes comes up with Sharefile is when the clients don't exactly understand how to use the site. But, in my experience, that is a rare situation and it usually warrants a call to them on our end to explain how to open the file. Saving files in folders for the team in addition to an in-house server Sending large files to clients instead of through Outlook Having the option to hide certain team members from certain folders Option to send just a PDF document via email through ShareFile - is this even possible? Option to add "temporary" clients and only pay when you send them a document? Pay as you go kind of thing. ShareFile is absolutely needed for a company that uses large file documents. Microsoft Office will limit the size of the documents being sent, and when you work in a marketing company where design files are being sent that are frequently going to be hitting that limit, Sharefile is necessary. ShareFile is less suited for those companies that have a cloud server where documents can be accessed anywhere at anytime. Also, if you are a company that is rarely sharing large files with each other or clients, this is not really needed. Read Samantha Stender's full review Annual Fund & Communications Manager CASA (Community Alternatives for Supportive Abodes) Non-Profit Organization Management, 11-50 employees Citrix ShareFile is relatively new to us. We are using it to share files with partners and vendors outside our agency as well as to begin the process of digitizing tenant files (we're a property management company and nonprofit. Sharefile helps us to share large files with people as well as organize our existing files. Set up templates for your folders so every folder has the same structure. Work with project management software (such as Podio) to automate some organizational tasks. Communicate with outside vendors and share large files with people that shouldn't be emailed due to size or confidentiality. There's a bit of a learning curve getting Sharefile templates and user profiles set up, but once you're set up it is very user-friendly. We haven't been clear on what "ShareConnect" is and so we haven't been using it. The desktop app for Sharefile has less functionality than the browser version, and it caused some confusion initially. Again, we just don't use the desktop app. ShareFile is great for setting up files that need to be set up in the same way every time, i. e. tenant files, client files, etc. The templates make it easy for several staff members to use the system in exactly the same way. ShareFile is also great for sharing large or multiple files with vendors or outside partners. We've also used ShareFile to accept applications that require a large number of supporting documents by using the integration with Podio webforms and GlobiFlow automations. Read Kim Westermann's full review Insurance, 1-10 employees We use Sharefile to send confidential documents more securely then email. We have sensitive data that needs to be protected when emailed. It helps us solve issues with security as well as customer confidence in us to protect their data. It also helps insure that the right party receives the intended email and we can know when they open it. They have a very easy integrated plug in on outlook that makes it very easy to use along with an Outlook account It can hold larger files, so there isn't a size issue with sending files confidence in who is opening the documents It can be hard to disable the plug in on outlook if you don't want to use it. Because it's a secured document, the recipient has to log in or create a login which can slow down their work flow Citrix Sharefile is helpful in sending both sensitive data and large data across email platforms. It's a way to also confirm the receipt of the file along with the correct recipient. It's helpful in any industry in which data may be sensitive and vulnerable to cyber theft. Most small businesses would qualify. Read Andy Denlinger's full review Owner Paxton Bookkeeping and Tax Services Accounting, 1-10 employees We use ShareFile to store and share all of our documents as we strive to be a completely paperless office. Everyone in our company uses it to store all of our documents as well as copies of our clients' source documents and we also use it to share and receive documents from our clients. My remote employees can access it anywhere they have internet access and we know that no matter who is working on something they can always access anything they need. Secure storage of our files while still having them easily accessible is the number one reason we use ShareFile - we can set passwords for access, share links via email and easily transfer information back and forth to our clients without worrying about unauthorized access. It's taken a lot of the worry out of being remote and paperless. Being able to quickly access everything is also important and ShareFile makes this easy as well. If you're working at a desktop computer in the office there are several sync tools that you can use to sync the files between the computer and the web app so that you don't even always have to log into a browser to access a file - it's right there on your computer for you and any changes you make or anything you add/delete/move will sync right back up to the web app so everything is always up to date. We use the Drive Mapper extensively for syncing our computers and the web app and occasionally it will somehow "lose" the connection and when you open a folder it will be empty. But if you go to the web app the files are there - restarting the drive mapper will bring them back. This is literally the only issue we've had with ShareFile at all so if they could fix this I wouldn't have any Cons at all. When I purchased ShareFile I was told that is was specifically created with the accounting industry in mind. I don't know if that's true or not, but it certainly is a great fit for us. We have a LOT of documents and using ShareFile helps us to stay organized without having paper take over the entire office and it also gives us peace of mind that our information is safe and secure and that we're not going to lose it all of we have computer issues here in the office. The fact that our remote employees can also access everything from anywhere also makes it wonderful for any industry where people need to access files on the go.
